About me

I am a global talent and leadership development executive with more than two decades of experience translating business strategy into integrated talent, leadership, and capability agendas across complex, multi-market environments.

Most recently at Orbia, a global organization operating in more than 50 markets with 24,000 employees, I developed and implemented an enterprise-wide talent strategy designed to strengthen succession depth and align future capabilities with the company’s strategic direction. I led the redesign of previously fragmented talent review, succession, and performance management processes, establishing shared standards, greater transparency, and clear enterprise-wide expectations. I also created and embedded a future-fit leadership model across the full talent lifecycle, from talent acquisition through performance management and successor development, integrating these elements into a cohesive enterprise system.

Earlier in my career at Avon, I built a Global Commercial Capability Center of Excellence from the ground up. What began as strategic discussions with senior regional marketing leaders to define future-critical capabilities, evolved into a formal global commercial capability agenda that I was asked to scale and lead worldwide. This work included the creation and rollout of global high-potential academies and targeted commercial development programs, delivered in close cross-functional partnership with business leaders.

Across my roles, I have focused on building and connecting talent systems that strengthen succession pipelines, accelerate high-potential development, and prepare organizations to meet evolving business demands. My work is grounded in the belief that strong leadership and integrated talent systems are essential to long-term organizational performance.

Having worked extensively in both London and New York over the past fifteen years, I bring a strong international lens to complex talent and leadership challenges. Currently based in New York City, I am available to partner with organizations globally and travel for high-impact engagements as needed.
